Register openbare biedingen
In dit register worden biedingsberichten opgenomen die op grond van de artikelen 5:74 en 5:76 Wet op het financieel toezicht (Wft) zijn goedgekeurd. Ook bevat het register andere openbare mededelingen die door de bieder en/of doelvennootschap tijdens het biedingsproces openbaar worden gemaakt.
Met dit register wordt uitvoering gegeven aan de geldende wettelijke verplichting tot het houden van een openbaar register zoals opgenomen in artikel 1:107 lid 3, aanhef en onder o Wft. Dit register bevat ook biedingsberichten en openbare mededelingen door bieder en/of doelvennootschap van vóór 1 juli 2012.
