Register goedgekeurde prospectussen
Dit publieke register bevat een overzicht van prospectussen die door de AFM sinds 1 januari 2007 zijn goedgekeurd.
Met dit register wordt uitvoering gegeven aan de wettelijke verplichting als opgenomen in artikel 1:107, derde lid onder d Wet op het financieel toezicht ('Wft'). Vermelding in het register omvat geen aanbieding in de zin van artikel 3, eerste lid van Verordening (EU) 2017/1129 en dient ook niet als zodanig te worden aangemerkt.
