Heijmans and the Staedion housing association have signed the partnership
agreement for the development of the Municipal Industrial Site/Regentesse-Zuid
in The Hague on 3 October 2012. The agreement is valued at approximately € 105
million, with a Heijmans share of 50%. Construction will commence in 2014.
Heijmans will carry out the development under the name of Proper-Stok.
Approximately 40% of the total development will be constructed by Heijmans.
