Cnova published its U.S. annual report on Form 20-F for the financial year ended December 31, 2015, (“2015 20-F”) as filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on July 21, 2016, and registered on July 22, 2016. Cnova also announced today the conclusion of the internal review at its Brazilian subsidiary, Cnova Brazil.
