(LSE: VICO, “The Company”), the global producer of primary and processed aluminium products notes the announcement of the Company's subsidiary, Henan Zhongfu Industry Co., Ltd ("Henan Zhongfu"), which is a listed Chinese holding company of the Company's main aluminium producing operations in China (Ticker: 600595, Abbreviated name: Zhongfu Industry, Announcement code: extraordinary 2016—067).
Henan Zhongfu has recently received from the DNV GL Group (a new manufacturing company, which was created as a result of a merger between two classification societies - Norwegian Det Norske Veritas and German Germanischer Lloyd) a certificate testifying that the company has manufacturing capabilities and conditions to process aluminium plates for the shipbuilding industry.
