The municipality of Rotterdam, Heijmans and ERA Contour are signing a declaration of intent concerning the development of the Nieuw Kralingen area, a new residential district on the western side of the Kralingse Bos (Kralingse Wood). The agreement concerns the development and construction of approximately 400 homes in the higher segment. The partnership agreement is expected to be signed at the end of 2016.
