DSM - repurchase of shares (29 April 2016 - 5 May 2016)
Royal DSM, a global science-based company active in health, nutrition and materials, has repurchased 153,694 of its own shares in the period from 29 April 2016 up to and including 5 May 2016 at an average price of €52.34. This is in accordance with the repurchase, covering existing option plans and stock dividend, announced on 22 February 2016. The consideration of this repurchase was €8.0 million.
