Propertize invites Noteholders of its February and March 2017 Notes and its February 2019 Notes for a Noteholders’ meeting taking place on 3 June 2016 (by electronic vote or in person). Propertize is seeking flexibility, also in connection with the intended share sales process. Propertize can achieve this, amongst others by having the possibility that the issuer will be replaced and substituted by the State of the Netherlands. The substitution for one or more Series of Notes may also occur if there is no closing of the intended sale of Propertize.
