(NYSE and Euronext: CSTM) today announced that the Board will nominate Jean-Marc Germain as an Executive Director at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June 2016, with the view to him becoming Chief Executive Officer of the Company in the course of summer 2016.
