Gasunie breidt Raad van Bestuur uit
Annie Krist (algemeen directeur Gasunie Transport Services B.V.) en Ulco Vermeulen (directeur Deelnemingen & Business Development) treden per 1 mei 2016 als ‘titulair lid’ toe tot de Raad van Bestuur van N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie, zo maakte het gasinfrastructuurbedrijf vandaag bekend. De minister van Financiën, de enige aandeelhouder van de staatsdeelneming en de Raad van Commissarissen hebben ingestemd met de benoemingen. Hiermee krijgt Gasunie een vierhoofdige Raad van Bestuur die naast Krist en Vermeulen, bestaat uit Han Fennema (CEO) en René Oudejans (CFO), beiden statutaire leden van de Raad van Bestuur.
Gasunie expands its Executive Board
Annie Krist (CEO of Gasunie Transport Services B.V.) and Ulco Vermeulen (Director of Participations & Business Development) will join the Executive Board of N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie as ‘titular members’ as of 1 May 2016. This was announced by the Dutch gas infrastructure company today. The Dutch Minister of Finance, the sole shareholder of the state-owned company, and the Supervisory Board have approved the appointments. This means that Gasunie’s Executive Board will consist of four people. Besides Krist and Vermeulen, it consists of Han Fennema (CEO) and René Oudejans (CFO), who are both statutory members of the Executive Board.
