Delta Lloyd N.V. ('Delta Lloyd') received a letter from Highfields Capital ("Highfields") on 1 April 2016, in which Highfields requested answers to a range of questions related to Delta Lloyd's Heads of Agreement with Fubon Life Insurance Co. Ltd. ("Fubon") and the Extraordinary General Meeting of 16 March 2016. Delta Lloyd has sent a response to Highfields today, which is also posted on Delta Lloyd's website.
