On 30 November 2015 Delta Lloyd N.V. ('Delta Lloyd') announced a proposed capital raise by way of a rights offering where existing shareholders of our ordinary shares are granted rights in proportion to their share ownership on the record date that will entitle them or subsequent transferees of rights to subscribe for newly offered ordinary shares at the issue price. Wednesday, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) of Delta Lloyd approved the underwritten rights issue of € 650 million.
