Royal DSM, a global science-based company active in health, nutrition and materials, has repurchased 232,331 of its own shares in the period from 4 March 2016 up to and including 10 March 2016 at an average price of €47.13. This is in accordance with the repurchase, covering existing option plans and stock dividend, announced on 22 February 2016. The consideration of this repurchase was €10.9 million.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 769,941 shares for a total consideration of €35.1 million.
