Volta Finance Limited (the "Company" or "Volta") announces in respect of the month ended 29 February 2016, the issue of 39,467 Ordinary Shares of no par value each, following the conversion of the same number of Class C Shares into Ordinary Shares by the Investment Manager (AXA IM Paris).
Such Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange and were also admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under Volta's block listing facility. Following these issues, Volta has the ability to admit a further 291,193 Ordinary Shares under its block listing facility.
