ESPERITE N.V. (Euronext: ESP, 'ESPERITE', or 'the Group') announces that following the amendment of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (FSA) as a result of the implementation of the (amended) European Union's so-called Transparency Directive, the Company is required to disclose its home Member State. In accordance with FSA Section 5:25a, the Company herewith announces that its home Member State is the Netherlands.
