NB Private Equity Partners Limited ("NBPE" or the "Company"), a closed-end private equity investment company, announced on 25 January 2016 the declaration of its first 2016 semi-annual dividend payment of $0.25 per Share on the Company's class A Ordinary Shares ("Shares"), to be paid on 29 February 20161. Today, the Company extended the period for the currency election and dividend re-investment plan election relating to this dividend. As a result of the extension, the final day for the currency election and dividend re-investment plan election is now 12 February 2016. The dividend payment will be made on 29 February 2016.
