Guernsey, 15 December 2015 - In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, Volta Finance Limited ("Volta" or the "Company") was notified on 15 December 2015 by Paul Varotsis, the Senior Independent Director of Volta's Board of Directors, that he purchased 5,000 of the Company's ordinary shares (ISIN number G00B1GHHH78) in Amsterdam on 15 December 2015 at €6.20 per share.
