Mota-Engil Africa N.V. announces that it has declared unconditional its self-tender bid for the ordinary shares in Mota-Engil Africa's capital ("Shares") initially announced on 11 October 2015 ("Self-Tender").
At 17:40 hours CET on 3 December 2015, the last day of the (extended) Acceptance Period (as defined in the Company's press release dated 17 November 2015), 5,136,090 Shares had been tendered under the Self-Tender.
