Macintosh and Gilde Equity Management have reached agreement on the sale of 100% of the shares in Home Fashion Group BV (Kwantum). The sale will have retroactive effect to 1 January 2015. The net proceeds from the sale will amount to approximately € 28 million and will be used by Macintosh to pay down debt. The transaction will generate a book profit for Macintosh of around € 1 million.
