SBM Offshore N.V. (SBM Offshore or 'the Company') is pleased to announce that during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 4, 2015, Mr. B.Y.R. Chabas was reappointed as a member of the Management Board for a second term of four years up to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020. Mr Chabas has been designated by the Supervisory Board to continue his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
