Nord Gold N.V. (“Nordgold” or the “Company”, LSE: NORD), the internationally diversified low-cost gold producer, announces that on October 5 - 8, 2015, in accordance with the share buyback programme announced on February 24 2015, it purchased a total of 200,000 GDRs for the total amount of US$579,500.
The Company has an entire issued share capital of 371,786,197 shares, of which 420,000 GDRs for shares are held in its own share capital as at October 8, 2015. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company is 371,366,197.
