The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the "Company") hereby announces that the International Financial Corporation (IFC) approved US$35 million financing to ASTARTA in the form of working capital line.
The Project will help the Company secure working capital financing to buildup soybeans stocks during the harvest season thus allowing the Company to achieve sustainable supply raw material for processing and limit its crushing margin volatility.
