(“Nordgold” or the “Company”, LSE: NORD), the internationally diversified, low-cost gold producer, announces that following the recommendation of the Board's Nomination Committee, John Munro has been nominated for election as an independent Non-Executive Director at Nordgold's Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) which will be held on October 15, 2015.
