Zaandam, the Netherlands, June 15, 2015 - Ahold has repurchased 860,621 Ahold common shares in the period from June 8, 2015 up to and including June 12, 2015. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 18.2756 per share for a total consideration of € 15.73 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 500 million share buyback program announced on February 26, 2015.
