Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) has published the agenda for the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Besides the usual agenda items, three members of the Supervisory Board have been nominated for re-appointment and Mr. J. van der Veer is nominated for appointment as member of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Van der Veer is the former CEO of Royal Dutch Shell plc. He is considered to be an excellent candidate to fulfill the position because of his extensive international corporate experience, which he has gained at one of the major oil and gas companies in the world.
