Luxembourg, 13 February 2015 - With reference to the law and grand ducal regulation of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers of securities ("Transparency Law") and to a shareholding notification for crossing downwards the threshold of 5% voting rights, Aperam announces that a 4.93% shareholding notification by JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. is available in the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's electronic database OAM on www.bourse.lu and on the Company's web site www.aperam.com under Corporate Governance, Shareholding structure.
Aperam publishes the shareholder notifications with reference to the Transparency Law in the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's electronic database and on the Group's web site as described above.
