ROTTERDAM, The Netherlands (10 February 2015) - IMCD N.V. announces that Mr. Arjan Kaaks has been appointed as member of the Supervisory Board of IMCD N.V. at the Extraordinary General Meeting of IMCD N.V. held on 10 February 2015. The appointment is made with immediate effect and for a term expiring at the Annual General Meeting of 2018. Arjan Kaaks will act as vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board and chairman of the Audit Committee.
