Progress on buyback programme Nutreco shares

Further to the share buyback programme announced on 24 July 2014, Nutreco announces that during the period from 6 October 2014 up to and including 10 October 2014, Nutreco purchased 240,136 of its ordinary shares at an average price of € 29.12 per share. The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 1,419,002 ordinary shares for a total consideration of € 41.7 million.
This programme will ultimately end on 31 January 2015, unless Nutreco shares for the overall maximum amount of € 100 million have been repurchased prior to that date. In that case the programme will end on the date on which this maximum is reached.
