Amstelhuys N.V. ("Amstelhuys") announces that it will repurchase mortgages from Arena 2007-I B.V. ("Arena 2007"). As a result, Amstelhuys will facilitate the full redemption of the current outstanding € 247,996,000 Class A-NHG notes, € 514,767,600 Class A notes, € 31,200,000 Class B notes, € 27,600,000 Class C notes, € 24,000,000 Class D notes and the € 7,200,000 Class E notes on 17 October. Amstelhuys is a 100% owned subsidiary of Delta Lloyd NV.
