AMSTERDAM (3 July 2014) – Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US" and Euronext Amsterdam: "CLB NA") repurchased a total of 40,975 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Wednesday, 25 June 2014, through Thursday, 3 July 2014, at an average price stated in USD of $160.56 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
