COMPLETION OF A DRAWDOWN UNDER A STANDBY EQUITY AGREEMENT

On May 25, 2012 Funcom announced that the Company had entered into a standby equity agreement with YA Global Master. The agreement is an equity financing mechanism where Funcom at its discretion can draw down funds in tranches in exchange for issuing new shares to YA Global Master. For further details on the agreement please, refer to the stock notice issued on May 25, 2012.
In order to strengthen its cash position Funcom placed a draw down request with YA Global Master and the 10 days pricing period and trading for that draw down ended on 30 June 2014. As a result of the transaction Funcom has the obligation to issue 2,545,454 new shares to YA Global Master within 8 trading days in exchange for NOK 12 million.
The funds raised by the draw down will be used primarily to fund the continued development and commercial launch of LEGO Minifigures Online.
