On 30 April 2014, Columbia Securities N.V. (the Company), announced its intention to merge with
Columbia-SICAV, a French investment company set up by Neuflize OBC Investissements S.A., part
of the ABN Amro Group.
The aim was for the merger to be effective and the shares to be delisted on 11 July 2014. Due to an
administrative delay in the legal and operational preparations, the merger and delisting will be
postponed to end of August at the earliest. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders,
convened to vote on the merger on 9 July 2014, will be postponed accordingly. Details will be
published when available.
