The Board of Yatra Capital Limited (“the Company”) is pleased to announce an update on the progress of its asset realisation programme.
1. The Company has disposed of its entire holding in Phoenix Mills Limited, the listed entity level investment for a total consideration of EUR 2.22 million.
2. The Company has also received partial share buyback proceeds of EUR 1.84 million from its investment in Saket Engineers Private Limited, an unlisted entity level investment in Hyderabad
The Company’s audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2014 are expected to be published at the end of July 2014. Further announcements will continued to be made in respect of future realizations on an asset by asset basis.
