With reference to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Peixin International Group N.V. held on 24th April 2014 regarding approval of a share capital increase, the Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. /the "Company"/ informs that on 11th June 2014 the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten) approved the Company’s Prospectus prepared for the purpose of offering by the Company of up to 3,000,000 newly issued bearer shares and the offering by Jinyuan Investment Holdings Ltd. of up to 600,000 existing bearer shares of the nominal value of EUR 1, totalling up to 3,600,000 shares with a maximum offer price set at PLN 19 per share, and the admission to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange of up to 3,000,000 newly issued shares.
