(the “Company") gives notice that following its earlier press release (30th April 2014) in respect of the holders of the Existing Notes unanimously having voted in favour of Option A, effectively creating a standstill under the Existing Notes, the Company and DLL have agreed to a standstill under the Swap Agreement for the same period as the standstill for the Existing Notes.
