Unibail-Rodamco ORA: cash amount payable on May 15, 2014
In accordance with the contract terms of the issue of redeemable bonds for Unibail-Rodamco shares (ORA - Obligations Remboursables en Actions), a cash amount of €11.12 per ORA bond will be payable on May 15, 2014 (cf. article 5.8.1.b of the prospectus reviewed by the "Autorité des Marchés Financiers" on May 18, 2007).
