Unibail-Rodamco wins NEO 1 tender and will develop "Mall of Europe" in Brussels
Unibail-Rodamco SE announces its selection by the City of Brussels, with its partners CFE and BESIX, as the new co-developer of the NEO 1 project. This mixed-use project encompasses
590 housing units, 2 day nurseries, 3,500m² of offices, a retirement home and a 112,000 m² area dedicated to leisure, restaurants and retail: "Mall of Europe".
