Schiphol Nederland B.V. has released its financial statements 2013. In addition, Schiphol Group announces that the annual accounts 2013 of N.V. Luchthaven Schiphol ("Schiphol Group") have been approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on 16 April 2014 and will be filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam.
Schiphol Nederland B.V. is part of Schiphol Group and uses the group exemption facility provided under Section 2:403 of the Netherlands Civil Code.
Schiphol Nederland B.V. is the legal entity issuing debt under a European Medium Term Note programme. The debt issued by Schiphol Nederland B.V. is unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by N.V. Luchthaven Schiphol.
