The Board of Directors of Leo Capital Growth SPC (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company will convene a Shareholders Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 31st March 2014 at 12.00pm at 33 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland.
A Shareholder Circular has been sent out to all shareholders on 7th March 2014 giving notice of the meeting and explaining the reasons for the meeting and the resolutions
