Heijmans has received a provisional contract award from DSM Food Specialties (DFS) for the construction of a new biotechnological research laboratory. The project concerns the new Research & Development facilities in Delft, which will be accommodated in what is known as 'Lab 6', a facility designed to house 350 employees. The floor plan consists of a surface area of approximately 13,800 m2.
