ARCADIS wins major metro contract in Chile

ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the world's leading natural and built asset design and consultancy firm, announced today that it has been awarded a contract to provide engineering consulting services for the design of the stations of Line 3 of the Santiago Metro in Chile. The contract has an estimated value of US$11 million to ARCADIS with a timeline of 18 months for design and 36 months for construction supervision. The services will be carried out by a joint venture of ARCADIS and WorleyParsons. For ARCADIS, a team of 40 people will work on the project.
