AMSTERDAM (18 October 2013) – Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US" and NYSE Euronext: "CLB NA") repurchased a total of 11,577 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Wednesday, 9 October 2013, through Friday, 18 October 2013, at an average price stated in USD of $174.69 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
