ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the leading pure play global engineering and consultancy firm, announced today that Rob Mooren has been appointed Global Director Infrastructure for ARCADIS per January 1, 2014. He will succeed French national Yann Leblais, who successfully led the Global Business Line (GBL) during the past 5 years. Gert Kroon will succeed Rob Mooren in the position of Managing Director for ARCADIS Nederland BV, also per January 1, 2014.
Rob Mooren (1956) has worked for ARCADIS Nederland since 1991 in several different management positions. Amongst other roles he was director of the Mobility division, which includes infrastructure activities, traffic and transportation and information management. He became Managing Director in January 2009 and since February 2013 he was also a member of the management team of ACADIS Europe with responsibility for the European infrastructure activities. In his new role as Global Director Infrastructure he will assume global responsibility for the further growth of the infrastructure activities within ARCADIS. In this position Rob Mooren will be a member of the Senior Management Committee.
