Ovostar Union N.V. informs that on 24 September 2013 its majority shareholder Prime One Capital Limited sold 47,000 shares at PLN 92.72 per share, thereby completing sale of volume of shares planned for 2013. As a result, the total shareholding of Prime One Capital decreased from 4,321,617 shares to 4,274,617 shares (from 72% to 71% of total outstanding shares, respectively). After the transaction, the total free float of the shares of Ovostar Union N.V. has been increased from 28% to 29%.
