TILBURG - Achmea Hypotheekbank N.V. has successfully completed the issuance of EUR781
million of residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) to refinance its existing mortgage
portfolio. This issuance is the eleventh securitization transaction under the DMPL-program,
with a transaction structure that solely consists of long dated Classes of Notes (4.9 year
WAL). The transaction was priced at EURIBOR 3M + 90 basispoints.
