Eurocastle Investment Limited (the "Company") announces today that it intends to raise additional capital through an offer of 10,000,000 new ordinary shares (the "Offer Shares") to certain institutional and other sophisticated investors (the "Offer"). Full details of the Offer will be contained in a prospectus (the "Prospectus") to be published in due course subject to regulatory approval. A further announcement will be made once the Prospectus has been published.
