May 7, 2013 - ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the leading pure play global engineering and consultancy firm, today announced that during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) that was held today several (re)appointments have been made to its Executive Board and its Supervisory Board. Mr. Niek Hoek was appointed to the Supervisory Board for a period of four years, while Ms. Ruth Markland and Mr. Armando Perez and Mr. George Nethercutt were reappointed to the Supervisory Board, also for four years. Mr. Zack Smith was appointed to the Executive Board for a period of four years, succeeding Mr. Steve Blake, who decided to retire upon the completion of his current term.
