CORE LAB REPORTS ADDITIONAL SHARE REPURCHASES
AMSTERDAM (22 April 2013) – Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US" and NYSE Euronext: "CLB NA") repurchased a total of 77,500 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Friday, 12 April 2013, through Friday, 19 April 2013, at an average price of USD $131.77 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
