AMSTERDAM (28 March 2013) – Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US" and NYSE Euronext: "CLB NA") repurchased a total of 10,000 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Thursday, 21 March 2013, through Thursday, 28 March 2013, at an average price of USD $136.95 per share. In addition, the Company repurchased a total of 10,000 of its common shares on Thursday, 14 March 2013, that were inadvertently not reported in the press release issued on 21 March 2013, at an average price of USD $137.38 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
