Further to the share buy-back programme announced on 8 February 2013, Nutreco announces that during the period from 18 March 2013 until and including 22 March 2013, Nutreco purchased 148,631 of its shares at an average price of EUR 72.94 per share. The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 616,460 common shares for a total consideration of EUR 44.3 million.
